Yes, everything you create with Artlist AI tools is yours. You can use, adapt, and commercialize it without restriction. This applies to both inputs (what you upload) and outputs (the generated content). Artlist will never claim ownership, though rights to the AI models remain with Artlist.

The only restriction is that your inputs and outputs must not violate our prohibited uses, including third-party rights such as trademarks, intellectual property, or personal likeness. While you hold rights to the content you generate, you do not acquire any rights to the AI models themselves.

Your content and data are private and secure, and Artlist does not use your prompts, inputs, or outputs to train or fine-tune AI models.
