Welcome to the Artlist Big Game Ad Challenge 2026 (the “Contest”).

This is your chance to create a Big Game-style ad using Artlist AI and compete to win $60,000. Before participating, please take a moment to read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By publishing your Short Video, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Artlist Ltd. (“Artlist” or the “Company”) is looking for a Big Game ad for its media channels.

The following outlines the steps required to enter and participate in the Contest:

1.1 Create the advertisement. Participants must produce an original Big Game–style advertisement using the Artlist AI Toolkit (the “Short Video”). The advertisement must include the attribution “Made with Artlist AI.”

1.2 Publish and tag. Participants must publish the advertisement on at least one social media platform no later than February 18, 2026. The post must tag @artlist.io and include the official hashtag #ArtlistBigGame. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X or YouTube. Participants release such platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the Contest.

1.3 Selection of the winner. All eligible publications will be reviewed by a panel of industry-leading creatives. Artlist may approach the finalists to receive additional information or request adjustments. One Short Video will be selected as the winning entry. Selection is based on originality, creativity, message clarity, and quality — but the weight of each is entirely up to the judges. The number of AI generation credits used is not a criterion for winning.

The selected winner will receive a prize of $60,000, subject to the winner’s signature on a separate intellectual property assignment agreement (“Winner’s Agreement”). The winner will still be permitted to publish the commercial on their own websites and social media channels. If the selected winner doesn’t sign the Winner’s Agreement, Artlist may choose another winner.

You may not use any trademarked or protected terms, including but not limited to “Super Bowl,” “Superbowl,” “Super Sunday®,” “Gameday®,” “Back to Football®,” or “1st and Goal®.”

All creative materials must rely solely on generic football-related themes, symbols, and imagery.

You shall present the Company in a positive and non-defamatory manner and shall not engage in any conduct that may harm the reputation of the Company, its affiliates, or its employees.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request the removal of your Short Video and any related links. You agree to promptly comply with any such request.

2.5 Prohibition on Ad Hijacking. You agree not to engage in any form of ad hijacking, including but not limited to impersonating the Company or misrepresenting an affiliation with the Company.

Without limiting the foregoing, you expressly agree: (i) Not to bid on the Company’s brand names, trademarks, or any misspellings or confusingly similar variations thereof, including but not limited to “Artlist,”; (ii) Not to use the Company’s brand names or trademarks in any ad copy, metadata, or display URLs; (iii) To include the Company’s brand names and trademarks as negative keywords (phrase match) in any paid advertising campaigns to prevent ads from appearing in searches for the Company’s branded terms; and (iv) To comply with any additional requirements communicated by the Company in connection with this promotion.

If any taxes must be withheld or paid by Artlist on the winner’s behalf, Artlist may withhold or deduct those amounts from the payment as required by law.

3.2 The winner agrees that Artlist may announce the winner and share the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, and submitted content (including photos and videos) as part of awarding the prize, ensuring transparency, and promoting the Contest and Artlist’s services.
