Biography

Adi Bronicki, aka Adi Scotheque, is a Tel Aviv-based, Nevada-raised songwriter and artist. She debuted at the age of 17with her garage/folk/punk band Deaf Chonky, and later worked with a variety of electronic acid techno artists such as Red Axes and Beatfoot. Adi's lyrical style incorporates a raucous feminist punk ethos with evocative, fable-like storytelling, meshing together various musical influences from '60s rock'n'roll and Appalachian folk, to synth punk and electronica. Adi has spent the last several years touring and performing globally and is currently working on new material.
