Biography

Daniel Acheson, aka Atch, started his musical journey in Burnie, Tasmania, as a young guitarist and bassist in a pop-rock band. After pursuing two degrees, he rediscovered his passion for music in 2017, venturing into electronic music production. Atch first gained traction in 2019 when he began releasing free background music for content creators. He quickly amassed a keen interest in his guitar-infused electronic tones and found his music used in hundreds of thousands of online videos. Today, Atch is fast becoming a regular in the chilled, summer playlists on Spotify. With millions of streams to his name and exciting international collaborations on the horizon, Atch is yet to release his most audacious, colourful and infectious sounds yet.
