Jonas Kolberg is a pianist and composer who focuses on intimate piano sounds and simple melodies. His humble compositions always try to pull the listener into the sonic spaces they create while still leaving enough space to resonate with the audience. Jonas is not trying to write for a pristine grand piano in a concert hall, but rather trying to convey the emotion and character of a modest and sometimes imperfect instrument.
