Julian Hartwell

Biography

Julian Hartwell is a Jazz pianist, composer, bandleader and educator based in Philadelphia, PA. For the past 18 years, he has been performing everywhere from Jazz clubs to Rock venues and local jam sessions, as well as performing at prestigious concerts alongside big names in the Jazz world. He continues leading his own group dubbed The Julian Hartwell Project, on top of doing studio work for a wide range of genres and exploring a more nuanced approach with a growing repertoire of Neo-Classical meets Jazz compositions for solo Piano.
