Biography

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Paytra grew up studying classical Piano and listening to RnB and Hip Hop, which ended up being the leading influence of her music. Since moving to New York alone at the age of 16 to achieve her dreams, her music has reached audiences across the globe. On top of performing around the US, her music has been featured on leading TV channels and placed in over 1,500 Spotify playlists. Paytra isn't afraid to speak her mind and has become known as a fierce symbol of feminism, strength and power. Her music stands for just that: freedom of expression.
