Biography

Chicago Hip-Hop artist Sycosis combines ''Conscious Rap'' elements with an aggressive delivery and hard hitting punch lines, with a style that varies but a message that stays consistent. At age 4 his father went to prison, a traumatic experience that fueled his writing, starting at 12. As the first member of his family to graduate college, he mentors troubled youth from Chicago's inner city schools while continuing to work on new music. Sycosis has garnered awards and much acclaim for his releases, and his music is streamed on an international scale.
